Protect yourself by seeking shade and wearing a broad-spectrum Sunscreen with spf of 30 or higher. Your skin will forever thank you! 

 

This is the time to step up exfoliation.

If you are cleansing, moisturizing, and slathering on sunscreen, but not exfoliating…your skin may not be as healthy as it could be.

The summer heat, sweat, spf, and sun quickly clogs and damages delicate skin. But exfoliating regularly will ensure that your skin remains healthy and strong.

Don't stop moisturizing.


During the summer months it is crucial to continue to moisturize. Moisturizing every day reduces the chance of experiencing excessive oiliness or dryness.

During the summer you may need to swap your heavy winter moisturizer for a light weight hyaluronic or moisturizer. We have lots to choose from!

Water, water, water!
