Meet Haley, owner and founder of De Novo Skin Spa. She has been a licensed esthetician since 2013 and built De Novo around her passion for helping people feel confident, cared for, and comfortable in their own skin.
After struggling with acne growing up, Haley became determined to understand how to effectively treat the skin and create lasting change. Seeing the impact that the right products and treatments had on her own confidence inspired her to pursue a career in esthetics.
Today, Haley is passionate about growing De Novo, mentoring her team, and ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience. She continues to advance her education and share her knowledge so every provider at De Novo can deliver personalized care and beautiful results.
Miranda
Miranda is a licensed Esthetician. She graduated from the Esthetics program at College of Hair Design in 2018. Ever since she could remember she had a passion for the skincare and makeup industry. She loves making her clients feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. Miranda provides brow lamination, brow/lash tints, relaxing facials, hydrafacials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, facial waxing, lash lifts, and spray tanning.
Nancy
Nancy, PTA, LMT graduated from Clarkson College in 2008 as a Physical Therapist Assistant, then completed her diploma in Massage Therapy from Universal College of Healing Arts in 2013. Nancy enjoys providing relaxing Swedish massage and is also trained in Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT). She has worked with Temporomandibular Dysfunction (TMJ problems), as well as those with neck and back pain and many other conditions. She believes in the healing power of deep relaxation, and, considering the many benefits of massage, it is an excellent way to promote health and wellness.
Jayne

Her journey into the world of esthetics began when she graduated from Entourage Institute of Beauty and Esthetics in March 2024, fueled by her lifelong passion for beauty and skincare.
Specializing in facials, waxing, lash lifts, and spray tans, Lexi's services are tailored to help you look and feel your absolute best. Her dedication to the craft ensures that each treatment is executed with precision and care.

Amber
Amber is 2025 graduate of Entourage Institute of Beauty and Esthetics, Amber’s love for skincare started young and was inspired by her mom’s journey through barber school. She’s passionate about helping others feel confident in their skin and creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and cared for. Amber isn’t just about great skin, she’s about building real connections and making you feel right at home. You’re going to love her!
Jasmine
Jasmine is a licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician, passionate about helping clients look and feel their best. She graduated from the Universal College of Healing Arts in 2023 and the Entourage Institute of Beauty and Esthetics in 2024. Jasmine offers Swedish, deep tissue, cupping, and hot stone massage, as well as results-driven facials. She believes in blending relaxation and results to create a truly transformative wellness experience.
Tatum

A 2026 College of Hair Design graduate, Tatum has a true passion for connecting with people and helping every client feel like the most confident, beautiful version of themselves.
After struggling with acne from a young age, she became passionate about researching ingredients, skincare routines, and what truly works. She’s dedicated to continuing her education and creating a completely judgment-free space where every client feels comfortable, cared for, and truly valued.
